What sets it apart

Three bathrooms. No morning queue.

Put six people under one roof and the bathroom is always the bottleneck. Here every bedroom has its own private bathroom: everyone gets ready at their own pace and you head out together. For a six-guest apartment in this area, that is rare.

  • Two families or a group of friends, each with their own space
  • Mornings without a rota or a rush
  • Three separate bedrooms for a quiet night

FAQ

Before you book

How does check-in work?

Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out by 11:00, and you can arrive whenever suits you. Before your stay you complete the online check-in and receive your personal code for the electronic lock, plus a link to the apartment’s digital guide (Wi-Fi, instructions, tips on Rome). You let yourself in, with no waiting around. Early arrival or late departure can be requested, subject to availability and at an additional cost.

Is there parking?

There is no private parking space: you park on the street, in the free white-line spaces in the surrounding streets.

How much is cleaning?

Final cleaning is €90 per stay and is already included in the total you see before paying. Bed linen and towels are included.

How does the city tax work?

It is the Rome city tax (contributo di soggiorno) set by the city regulations: €5 per person per night, for up to 10 consecutive nights. Children up to the year they turn 10 do not pay. The amount is shown in the summary before payment.

Can I cancel or change my dates?

Yes: you can cancel free of charge up to 30 days before arrival and get a full refund. After that the booking is non-refundable. To change dates, write to us: if the apartment is free, we will gladly move your stay.

How do I pay?

Securely online, when you book. You see the available payment methods in the form before confirming, and you receive your confirmation by email straight away.

Why book here rather than on Booking or Airbnb?

It is the same apartment and the same calendar, but booking here you deal directly with the people who run it, with no middleman.

Can you arrange an airport transfer?

We are happy to book you a taxi or a private driver (NCC) for arrival and departure: just send us your dates and flight times. You pay the driver directly.

Is there a lift? Is the apartment accessible?

The apartment is on the sixth floor and served by a lift, but there are six steps up to reach it, so the apartment is not wheelchair accessible.
