The maximum stay allowed is 28 consecutive days.
Reservations are confirmed only after full payment or the required security deposit has been received.
Cancellation policies follow the terms and conditions of the booking platform used (Airbnb, Booking.com, or direct booking).
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay, including items, furnishings, or structural elements of the apartment.
Pets are not allowed unless previously agreed with the host.
